FORT WORTH, Texas (June 8, 2022) – Four new dining and retail concepts are currently underway at Parkside at Alliance Town Center, a premier 30,000-square-foot food and entertainment destination within AllianceTexas. Construction on Torchy’s Tacos, CAVA, Black Rifle Coffee Company, Dash Nail Spa and others is currently underway, with planned openings for early 2023. To be anchored by a major grocer, the new additions will be located north of Heritage Trace, on the east side of Hillwood Parkway, adjacent to Bluestem Park, a 14-acre natural oasis in the heart of Alliance Town Center.

“Parkside at Alliance Town Center continues to be a destination for the region and I’m excited to welcome some new additions to serve our growing community,” said Mark Miller, senior vice president of retail development at Hillwood. “Torchy’s, CAVA, Black Rifle and Dash Nail Spa diversify our existing retail, restaurant and entertainment options, promoting strong community engagement and building upon Alliance Town Center’s vibrant atmosphere.”

With the launch of Parkside in late 2017, Phase l on the west side of Hillwood Parkway features a variety of dining options with expansive patios overlooking Bluestem Park, including Grub Burger Bar, Shell Shack, First Watch and MOD Pizza.

Joining Parkside‘s array of dining options is Torchy’s Tacos, an Austin-based craft fast-casual taco brand known for its street tacos and addictive green chile queso. Born out of a food truck 15 years ago, Torchy’s elevates the traditional street taco with unique flavor combinations that include fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from around the world. The craft-casual dining experience offers more than a dozen street taco combinations, from its fan-favorite “Trailer Park” taco made with fried chicken to its “Baja Shrimp” and breakfast taco options.

CAVA will also bring a new taste to guests as the Mediterranean culinary brand continues to grow its presence in the region, offering a flavorful and healthy fast-casual restaurant experience. CAVA features a wide variety of customizable and craveable salads, grain bowls, pitas and house-made juices.

Coffee aficionado’s lookout for Black Rifle Coffee Company as it brings its next North Texas location to Parkside. The Veteran-founded coffee company imports high-quality coffee beans from around the world and offers a range of subscription options.

Moving beyond a dining and beverage destination, Parkside at Alliance Town Center will soon be home to Dash Nail Spa, with luxury manicure and pedicure services.

Parkside at Alliance Town Center is designed to complement the surrounding natural environment and seamlessly blend with Bluestem Park with easy access to walking and biking trails. Complete with vast, welcoming patio spaces, the development overlooks the picturesque open landscape and creates a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere.

With the addition of Torchy’s, Cava, Black Rifle and Dash among others currently in negotiations, less than 3,000 square feet of retail space remains available at Parkside, showcasing the area’s popularity and growth.

(An earlier version of this news release included an announcement regarding an H-E-B grocery at this location, but that release was later corrected, saying that the San Antonio grocery chain has not announced a store at this site nor a timeline for construction.)
