With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, public relations and fundraising, Amber Zuckerman was appointed Vice President of Development and Community Investment for the Arlington Museum of Art.

Before joining the AMA team, Amber served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Community Relations for the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation. There, she was a part of the organization’s successful effort to raise more than $150 million toward to overall campaign goal of $195 million. The groundbreaking for the National Medal of Honor Museum, which will be located in Arlington’s Entertainment District, was held earlier this year.

Prior to her work with the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, Amber served as Vice President for Development and Community Relations with the North Texas Commission and Director of Development for the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion in Arlington. Earlier in her career, she held several different roles at the University of Texas at Arlington, including Assistant Director for Community Relations.
