(Fort Worth, TX) – Christian Judge, a 30-year veteran of the North Texas nonprofit sector, has joined Fort Worth-based M. Gale & Associates as Manager of Business Development. M. Gale is the area’s leading fundraising consulting firm with more than a decade of experience collaborating with mission-driven nonprofit organizations in the Southwest, delivering strategic philanthropic solutions that are insightful, implementable, and successful.
As Manager of Business Development for M Gale, Christina will focus on identifying potential new clients and welcoming them into the M Gale family of non-profit clients. She will also use her expertise to guide the company’s marketing and public relations initiatives.
Prior to joining M. Gale, Christina was Executive Director of The Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation, a North Texas nonprofit focused on suicide prevention training and education. Her experience includes executive leadership, program management, fund development, and marketing and communications. She has worked in various roles with the United States Army, in higher education, child welfare, healthcare, and mental health.

A native of the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area, Christina moved to Texas in 1992. Dedicated to serving her community, she has served on the boards of CASA of Tarrant County, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and currently the Hope Floats Foundation. She is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Leadership Fort Worth, and the National Committee on Planned Giving – Lonestar Chapter.
Christina received a Master of Arts degree from Texas Woman’s University in Sociology with concentrations in demographics and field research, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, in government and politics. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
A proud grandmother and mother of two adult children, Christina and her husband reside in Fort Worth. She enjoys traveling, reading, and recently took up painting.
