The ice skating rink opens daily at 11 a.m. and will be on East Exchange Avenue through Feb. 5 in order to coincide with the first three weeks of rodeo events including championship rodeos, bullfighting, Working Ranch Cowboys Association rodeos and the Legends Christmas concert, said Stockyards Rodeo Rink general manager Matt Canavan.

“We just opened Friday and Friday, and every session was sold out, Saturday sold out and on Sunday we didn’t sell out every session, but we had some great crowds,” Canavan said. “So, it’s a great reception.”
