NORTH TEXAS, Jan. 17, 2023 – JLL announced that Jason Dodson has joined the firm’s tenant representation team in North Texas as Senior Vice President.

In his new role at JLL, Dodson will specialize in office tenant representation, while also servicing clients across a range of asset classes. Dodson will join the North Texas tenant representation team led by Bret Hefton and Torrey Littlejohn.

“With a remarkable background and expertise in the real estate industry, we are ecstatic to have Jason join the JLL team,” said Hefton. “His addition to our team will undoubtedly bring immense value to both our clients and the firm as we continue to grow.”

Prior to joining JLL, Dodson served as Senior Director at Cushman and Wakefield, where he spent more than six years providing tenant representation services and advising corporate clients with local and multi-market site selection, acquisitions, dispositions and lease and purchase negotiations.

“It is an absolute honor to be joining the JLL team,” said Dodson. “I look forward to this exciting new step in my career and it is a privilege to work alongside an accomplished group of professionals that I’ve known and admired for a long time.”

Dodson is active in the DFW community, volunteering at The Stewpot, Habitat for Humanity, and Reading Partners.

“We’re excited to welcome Jason on board, where his unique perspective and strategic approach will be a valuable asset as we navigate the competitive real estate market,” added Littlejohn.

Dodson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in business law from in Loyola Marymount University.
