Fort Worth, TX – Quorum Architects announces the addition of Office Administrator, Maddie Lucas, a Fort Worth native and Paschal High School graduate.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington, Maddie was hired at a local commercial property management company as an executive assistant. She was promoted and worked as Property Manager for four years before joining Quorum in January.
The skills she gained working as Property Manager help her in her role at Quorum. As Office Administrator, Maddie communicates and coordinates with clients and vendors, as well as assisting Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
“Maddie’s enthusiasm, calm demeanor and clear communication skills are assets in her position where each day, the tasks can vary,” says Scott Wilson, Quorum Principal and owner of the historic 825 Building.
Maddie’s responsibilities include managing the office building which includes Quorum’s office and two commercial tenants. She also assists the team with technical specifications, scheduling, and various budgetary tasks.
“I enjoy organizing data and streamlining processes,” says Maddie, who is excited about all the opportunities for her at Quorum.
