On March 15, 2023, Medical City Alliance honored two employees with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office for the roles they played in saving a man’s life.
On January 4, 2023 Michael Cagle was working in his shop with a piece of machinery when he accidentally electrocuted himself. His girlfriend, Tiffany, found him and immediately called 911. She first spoke to Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher Colleen Hill who helped send first responders to the location.
The first one on scene was TCSO Patrol Deputy Kyle Hackett who helped keep Cagle
alive until paramedics arrived.
For their efforts, Dispatcher Hill and Deputy Cagle were honored by Medical City
Alliance with a Life Saving Award. TCSO is extremely proud of our two team members and their commitment to keeping Tarrant County and its residents safe.
