The Cowtown will utilize the space to house its day-to-day operations and everything that goes into executing a first-in-class set of races and annual programs geared toward runners of all ages.
Westcliff Shopping Center, owned and operated by CTO Realty Growth Inc., is a 136,185-square-foot neighborhood shopping center situated on 10.3 acres with nationally recognized tenants such as Albertsons, ACE Hardware, and other local retailers.
