Marcelle LeBlanc, CEO and owner of Velvet Box, announced that Crista Brock is the new area director for the company.
For over a decade, the woman-owned, luxury adult retailer has served the north Texas area and beyond through education and products. The company now has six locations across DFW in addition to its online retail and lecture-style webinar offerings.
Brock, a graduate of the University of North Texas with extensive retail experience, will have direct oversight of all six store managers and is the bridge between stores and headquarters leadership. She will oversee managers as they maintain each property, ensure a warm and positive customer experience, and conduct overall daily retail operations.
Before taking her role at Velvet Box, Brock was an executive administrator for The Confidence Group in Coppell. Prior to that, she managed multiple locations of David Ryan Salons across the DFW metro area, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in speech/language pathology and audiology with a minor in applied behavior analysis.
