Ashley Harris — customer service representative at American Aero FTW, located in Fort Worth Meacham International Airport — is among an elite group of individuals recognized in the 2023 Aviation International News (AIN) Reader Survey for “Above and Beyond” customer service. This is the sixth consecutive year an American Aero employee has been awarded that recognition in the survey, which ranks the world’s best fixed-base operators (FBOs) based on facilities, service and amenities. Harris joined American Aero in early 2022.

“Ashley represents the American Aero spirit with every customer interaction,” said Angela Thurmond, American Aero general manager. “She goes to great lengths to make sure each guest feels welcomed and cared for as they travel through the Fort Worth-Dallas area.”

American Aero consistently ranks one of the world’s best FBOs, tying for #2 among 4,300 operators in the 2023 survey. The FBO is also ranked best in Texas and in the South-Central Region.
