Savills announced that Jihane Boury and Clay Vaughn have joined the firm as Vice Chairmen in the Dallas office. Both are long recognized as accomplished professionals and bring over 25 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Each will specialize in tenant advisory services for the office sector.
Both Boury and Vaughn join Savills from CBRE. Boury served as senior vice president, where she focused on real estate strategy for clients including ORIX Corporation, Lument, and Moroch Partners. She is also a registered interior designer with strong knowledge of architectural design and construction planning. D CEO Magazine has consistently featured her as one of Dallas’ top “power brokers” since 2011 and she served for the last two years as the Dallas-Fort Worth Women’s Network field delegate. Previously, she had stints at Colliers International, where she was recognized as a top ten national producer, and prior to that she spent over 13 years as the director of leasing and development at Harwood International.
Vaughn served as executive vice president and was co-leader of the technology and media practice at CBRE, where he was one of the top tenant rep producers in 2019 and 2021. He specializes in representing local and national clients, with an emphasis on fast-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Softlayer, CarOffer and National Life Group. He has been consistently recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a “heavy hitter” and named as a top “power broker” by D CEO Magazine. Prior to joining CBRE, Vaughn was a senior managing director at Newmark.
