Fort Worth, Texas  (August 15, 2023) – Rooftop Cinema Club, the premier outdoor movie experience, is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated fall programming at the picturesque Worthington Hotel in downtown Fort Worth. With a lineup that embraces romance, thrills, milestone anniversaries, and blockbuster hits, Rooftop Cinema Club promises an unforgettable fall movie season.

It’s never too early to start thinking about Halloween. That’s why before we make the transition to fall, Labor Day Weekend closes out summer with a series that embraces starting the spooky festivities early. Summerween is sure to be a bone-chilling weekender featuring Halloween favorites like Scream and Hocus Pocus

The rest of September highlights the genre that will never go out of style with a collection of fan-favorite cinematic romances. The program showcases love stories of all kinds – from timeless Hollywood classics to laugh-out-loud rom-coms to tear-jerking dramas and more!

October then kicks off with the month’s People’s Choice screening, and the theme is, as expected, a bit Halloween-y and creepy! Vote for the “Demonic Doll” movie you’d like to see on the Rooftop HERE. Voting closes Sept. 20 and the winning film will be announced Sept. 21. Tickets for People’s Choice  screenings are only $10 as a way of thanking you for voting and being part of the Rooftop community!

Then comes that other October holiday.  “On October 3rd, he asked me what day it was.” There’s no better excuse to play the beloved teen comedy, so this October 3rd (and all October 3rd’s to follow, probably) Rooftop Cinema Club is showing Mean Girls! Wearing pink is highly encouraged.  It is Regina George’s favorite color after all.

Throughout the final weekend of October and leading up to All Hallow’s Eve (or “Halloween” for you non-ancient horror folks), Rooftop Cinema Club is programming a nonstop series of favorite spooky season flicks!  Then check out a double dose of Halloween classics on October 31 with screenings of the family favorite Hocus Pocus and the chilling slasher Halloween this year at the Rooftop! Hocus Pocus and Halloween are both celebrating milestone anniversaries this year, turning 30 and 45 years old respectively, so it’s the perfect time to enjoy these classics on the big screen.

Rooftop Cinema Club invites you to experience the magic of cinema under the stars this fall on the terrace at the Worthington Hotel. With an incredible lineup of movies and a breathtaking view, you’re in for an unforgettable cinematic experience perfect for a night out with friends, family, or that special someone.

Tickets for Rooftop Cinema Club’s screenings September 5th – October 31st are now available for purchase. To reserve your spot, visit their website at www.rooftopcinemaclub.com/downtown-ft-worth. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be part of the ultimate outdoor movie experience in downtown Fort Worth.
