Balcom Agency has hired Wallace Cruz as its newest multimedia art director. Cruz joins Balcom’s thriving multimedia department, contributing his expertise in video animation and editing to enhance the agency’s client base. Already contributing to accounts such as Smith+Nephew (Advanced Wound Management) and others, Cruz is expected to work with nearly all of Balcom’s 60+ clients.
