Jack Delaney joins Kelly Hart’s Litigation section representing both corporate and individual clients. He has a successful track record in handling diverse legal matters in state and federal courts. His expertise extends to business disputes, personal injury claims, breach of contract cases, construction litigation, and real property disputes.

Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Mr. Delaney served as a litigation associate at Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC in Dallas. During his time there, he represented clients engaged in commercial litigation and personal injury disputes.

Mr. Delaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Illinois and earned his J.D., graduating cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.
