The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) will host its Annual Trinity River Bash at two locations in Fort Worth on Sept. 16. Volunteers can participate along the Trinity River in Fort Worth or at Cobb Park in east Fort Worth. Registration for both events closes on Sept. 8.
The Trinity River Trash Bash will feature nine cleanup locations along the Clear and West Forks of the river throughout Fort Worth. Prior to the event, volunteers will be provided trash bags and gloves in order to safely collect the trash. Trinity River Trash Bash is sponsored by Gold Sponsor HDR Engineering.
Participants can pick up trash anytime between 8 to 10 a.m. and then attend the Trinity Trash Bash Volunteer After-Party from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Coyote Drive-In, located at 223 NE Fourth Street, Fort Worth 76164.
The Cobb Park Trash Bash will also take place in Fort Worth on Sept. 16 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. with an after-party scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 2700 Cobb Park Dr W, Fort Worth, TX 76105. This event is sponsored by Platinum Sponsor Molson Coors.
