With more than 10 years of construction experience, Aoun brings a distinguished portfolio and a wealth of expertise. Aoun oversees all pre-construction activities, including hard bids, conceptual estimates, value engineering, quantity takeoffs, and providing guidance to all estimators and support staff. His primary goal is to ensure the team is exceptionally prepared and primed for success from the very beginning. He spearheads the development of practices designed to improve the precision of our bids, bolstering the company’s ability to attract proficient and competitive subcontract bidders, and crafting value-added preconstruction services such as conceptual estimating to benefit its clients.
Aoun brings an impressive educational background to his role, holding a Master’s Degree in
Construction and Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as Master’s
in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Lebanese University.
With a decade of experience, he has successfully served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility,
including those of a civil drafter, structural engineer, cost estimator, and assistant project manager. His
portfolio boasts diverse project involvement, spanning commercial, multi-family, institutional, transit, and
public/municipal sectors. Most recently, Aoun served as an Assistant Project Manager at Hanover
Company, a prominent private real estate firm specializing in the development and management of
upscale multi-family residential properties. For his most recent project, a $200 million multi-family high-
rise development, he skillfully negotiated over $50 million worth of trade contracts and achieved
exceptional results by securing over $1.9 million in savings through a single subcontract negotiation.
In his new leadership role, Aoun plays a pivotal part in the development, implementation, and
enforcement of company policies, procedures, and practices, all geared towards advancing the company’s
