NORTH TEXAS, Oct. 23, 2023 – JLL announced today that Brian Adams has joined its Dallas office as Senior Vice President within the retail division, specializing in food and beverage advisory. Adams brings a wealth of expertise in strategic site selection, commercial transactions and business practices within the retail and hospitality sector to the JLL team. This move underscores JLL’s commitment to expanding its Food & Beverage Advisory Group and strengthening its presence in Texas.
Adams will serve on the food and beverage advisory team led by Naveen Jaggi, President of JLL’s Retail Advisory Services. This seasoned team also includes Emily Durham and Rachael Keener, who lead the JLL efforts in Houston, and Austin McWilliams, who leads the JLL efforts in Austin.
“We have been focused on growing our retail operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we’ve recognized that the food and beverage sector presents a great opportunity for us to do just that,” said Jaggi. “With a diverse background in the industry and a proven track record of driving success for his clients, Brian is poised to bring a dynamic and valuable perspective to our team.”
Before joining JLL, Adams served as a partner at Retail Street Advisors for nearly seven years, and prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Hospitality at bigInk Real Estate and Auction Services. Adams has represented a deep roster of restaurateurs, including Michelin Star winners and James Beard Foundation Award semi-finalists, retailers, hoteliers and real estate developers, and has also been an active partner in multiple hospitality-related ventures.

Adams is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and an initiate of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the world’s oldest international gastronomic society, and was a founding board member of both the Helping Friendly Foundation that advocates for a well-read public and the Dallas chapter of the Society of Young Philanthropists.
Adams attended Southern Methodist University as a Hunt Leadership Scholar to study real estate finance in the Edwin L. Cox School of Business, as well as foreign languages & literatures, being fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian. He earned an MBA from the University of Missouri’s Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business where he served on the Board of Directors of its Alumni Association.
