ONM Living, a fully integrated build-for-rent company that leverages nearly 75 years of development and construction expertise, announces Ty Robinson as the company’s next president.

A Dallas native, Robinson brings more than 12 years of residential real estate expertise to the team, which he will use to continue the company’s expansion throughout the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas.

“We’re thrilled to bring someone who possesses such a vast knowledge of the Texas residential real estate market like Ty aboard to lead the ONM Living team and continue building on its reputation as an innovative, high-quality, and energy-efficient homebuilder,” said Nelson Mitchell, CEO of ONM Living.

“Ty’s expertise in things like valuation and feasibility strategies, ground-up construction, asset management, construction monitoring, architectural advisory and physical condition assessment make him an ideal candidate for this position. Under his leadership, we’re confident our company will continue on its path of long-term growth and success in our primary markets.”

As president, Robinson will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the company. Throughout his career, Robinson has worked for nationally recognized real estate services firms and has been directly involved in the underwriting of over $17 billion of commercial real estate.

“The ONM Living team is second to none when it comes to their knowledge and expertise of the Texas homebuilding industry and I’m both honored and excited to begin working alongside them,” said Robinson. “Together, we will continue to strengthen ONM Living’s presence in its primary markets and further establish it as a go-to homebuilder for families across the state.”

Robinson graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School.
