In addition to serving as a top deputy to House Speaker Dade Phelan, Fort Worth’s Craig Goldman expects to wear a multitude of hats: fire extinguisher, mentor to freshman members, coalition-builder, money-raiser, legislative strategist, confidant, player-coach and a host of other as-yet unforeseen tasks.
