DFW AIRPORT, Texas (Mar. 8, 2023) – Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has been selected for the 2022 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award for Best Airport that serves over 40 million passengers in North America by Airports Council International (ACI). The ACI ASQ award is reflective of DFW Airport’s commitment to providing a memorable and unique customer experience to all who fly through DFW Airport.

“To be named the Best Airport in North America by ACI is a tremendous honor and is reflective of the hard work we have done to elevate our customer experience,” said Chief Executive Officer Sean Donohue. “I want to thank and recognize all of our employees, especially our front-line customer experience team, for the passion and commitment they showcase every day in taking such good care of our customers. I also want to thank all of our business partners who share our commitment to providing an excellent customer experience”.

The ACI ASQ awards recognize airport excellence in customer experience worldwide based on data collected from passengers through ASQ’s Departures and Arrivals surveys. DFW Airport was the largest airport in the world to receive this honor from ACI.

DFW will continue to strive to elevate the customer experience as we prepare for one of the
