The Fort Worth ISD school board on Jan. 30 approved the district’s 2024-25 academic year calendars. The vote was 8-0, with trustee Quinton “Q” Phillips absent.

The next school year begins Aug. 13 and ends May 22, 2025.

Students will be in class for 173 days.
