Former Fort Worth leader’s involvement in new Texas A&M campus raises ethical questions
Former longtime deputy city manager Jay Chapa has a new role working with the city of Fort Worth on behalf of the Texas A&M University System and its new downtown Fort Worth campus. The relationship is not a conflict of interest, Chapa said but an asset to contract negotiations with the campus’ private developer. Fort Worth’s website will look different this weekend. What will change?
The changes will make the city’s official website more user friendly and accessible to residents who may require the use of a screen reader. The updated website will have talk-to-text options and a better layout for users with visual, intellectual or developmental disabilities.
